Introduction#

Astra is a web app and Chrome extension that offers faster trades and reduced fees while trading on Solana. The extension integrates seamlessly with trading platforms like Axiom, BullX Neo, and Photon, letting you execute swaps directly on the chart you're already watching — at a flat 0.1% fee instead of the ~1% most bots charge.

Astra is non-custodial: your keys stay with you. There is no separate terminal to learn — Astra attaches to the tools you already use and replaces only the part that was slow and expensive: execution.

How it works#

Every trade follows the same path, whichever platform you're on:

Extension updates ship automatically — you're always on the latest version without reinstalling.

Quick Start#

1. Install the extension

Install Astra from the Chrome Web Store and pin the icon in your browser's toolbar.

2. Connect your wallet

Open the extension and connect your Solana trading wallet — or generate a fresh one inside Astra and fund it. You can manage multiple wallets from the Wallets tab.

3. Trade

Open any supported platform — the Astra side panel appears next to the chart. Paste a CA or let it auto-detect, hit a preset, done.

Swaps#

The side panel is Astra's main surface. It sits beside the page on every supported platform and shows the detected token, price, market cap, and route, plus your buy/sell presets.

• Token field — auto-fills from the page, or paste any contract address.
• Swapper — preset buy buttons (e.g. 0.1, 0.5, 1 SOL) and percentage-based sell buttons, plus a custom amount field.
• Live quote — 1 SOL = … with market cap and routing info before you commit.
• Multi-wallet fire — execute a swap across several wallets at once.

Every swap is routed across decentralized exchanges for the best available price and liquidity, with a flat 0.1% fee.

Buy Box#

Prefer something lighter than the full panel? Click Open Buy Box in the side panel to switch to a draggable buy/sell box that floats over the chart. Drop it wherever you want and fire instant buys and sells while watching the action — it was the most-requested feature from early users.

• Compact draggable window with your buy and sell presets.
• Same routing, fees, and wallet selection as the side panel.
• Per-site position memory — it stays where you put it.

Settings#

Presets

Click Settings in the web app header to edit your buy and sell presets. These values are what appear on the swapper buttons when you're using Astra on Photon, Axiom, and every other platform.

Slippage & priority

Adjust slippage tolerance and transaction priority from the swapper panel (the % field and gear icon). Astra's execution already bypasses network congestion, so defaults work well even during peak traffic.

Positions#

Every token you buy through Astra becomes a live position — in the side panel table and the web app.

One-click sell

Sell 25%, 50%, 100%, or a custom percentage straight from the positions table.

PNL & lifetime stats

Closed positions keep their PNL history, lifetime stats are tracked in the web app, and you can flex your wins with Astra's built-in PNL cards. ✦

Wallets#

Import, create, and trade with multiple wallets at once — with full control and industry-grade security.

• Import — bring an existing Solana trading wallet in with its private key. Keys are encrypted and never leave your control.
• Create — generate a fresh wallet inside Astra and fund it from your main wallet. Back up the private key immediately — Astra cannot recover it for you.
• Switch & multi-fire — set the active wallet from the side panel, or fire a swap across several wallets at once.

Fees#

Astra charges a flat 0.1% fee per swap — up to 90% lower than the ~1% most trading bots and platforms charge. No subscription, no markup on priority fees.

The difference compounds with volume: at $57k of trading volume, a 1% bot costs roughly $570 in fees — Astra costs about $57. Real examples from the timeline: the top $KOL trader gave up $2.1k in fees; a $YZY insider left $36k on the table.

Referrals#

Refer your friends and earn 20% of their fees, forever. Early users are rewarded an additional 10% bonus for the first month.

• Grab your link from the Referrals tab in the web app.
• Anyone who signs up through it is tied to you permanently.
• 20% of their Astra fees are credited to you on every trade they make.
• Claim your earnings to your wallet at any time.

Points#

Points reward you for actually using Astra. The more you trade, the more you earn.

Security#

• Astra is non-custodial — private keys are encrypted and never leave your control.
• Only install the extension from the official Chrome Web Store link — beware of clones.
• Use a dedicated trading wallet, not your cold storage.
• Never share your private key with anyone — no Astra team member will ever ask for it.
